Currently there are a plethora of schools looking at 2010 Aiken High SG Justin Maxwell. There are schools of all sizes scattered all across the country that have been contacting Maxwell's high school and AAU coaches.

Maxwell and his AAU teammates have had a strong start to their season. QCAA lead by coach Edward Addie has won the Reebok Invitational and the Big Shots Tourney in Charlotte. They also were runners-up at the Pitt Jamfest in the Platinum Division. Given their strong play and exposure Maxwell's stock has risen once again. Schools such as Charleston, High Point, Eastern Kentucky, William & Mary, Northeastern, Richmond, and Marquette continue to stay in touch with Maxwell.
